- Standard delivery within 2-3 working days
- Track your order through our local courier partner
Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries
- Delivery within 5-7 working days
- Countries included: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar
- International tracking number provided with every order
United States of America (USA)
- Delivery within 5-7 working days
- Full tracking capabilities available
Rest of the World
- Delivery within 5-7 working days
- International shipping available to most countries

Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
- Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE Time) will be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM (UAE Time) will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ship.
Package Tracking

- Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships
Customs and Import Duties

Failed Delivery Attempts
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notice with instructions
- After three failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us

- Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours
