Shipping Zones and Delivery Times

We are committed to delivering your modest fashion items safely and efficiently across the globe. Our shipping times
vary based on your location:

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Standard delivery within 2-3 working days
  • Track your order through our local courier partner

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries

  • Delivery within 5-7 working days
  • Countries included: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar
  • International tracking number provided with every order

United States of America (USA)

  • Delivery within 5-7 working days
  • Full tracking capabilities available

Rest of the World

  • Delivery within 5-7 working days
  • International shipping available to most countries
  • Please contact us if your country is not listed at checkout

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
  • Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE Time) will be processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (UAE Time) will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ship.

Package Tracking

  • All orders include tracking capabilities
  • Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships

Customs and Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notice with instructions
  • After three failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take full responsibility for packages until they are delivered
  • Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours
  • Contact our customer service team immediately if your package appears lost or damaged

Address Changes

  • Address changes can only be accommodated before the order ships
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  • Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address
